Tasmanian Numbered Acts19. Pricing Regulator's power to require information
(1) The Pricing Regulator may, by written notice, require a person to give the Pricing Regulator, within a reasonable time stated in the notice, information in the person's possession that the Pricing Regulator reasonably requires for the administration of this Act.
(2) A person required to give information under this section must provide the information within the time stated in the notice.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
(3) A person cannot be compelled to give
information under this section if the information might tend to incriminate
the person of an offence.
