PSYCHOLOGISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2000 (NO. 9 OF 2000) - SECT 5

5. Continuation of Board

      (1) The body corporate established under section 3 of the Psychologists Registration Act 1976 continues under the name "Psychologists Registration Board of Tasmania" .

      (2) The Board –

(a) has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

(b) may acquire, hold, dispose of and otherwise deal with property; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
