A medical practitioner who signs an order under the Mental Health Act 1996 or a medical recommendation under the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Act 1968 in respect of a person who the medical practitioner knows or believes to be a registered psychologist must, as soon as practicable after signing the order or recommendation, give the Board notice of that fact.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
