PSYCHOLOGISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2000 (NO. 9 OF 2000) - SECT 82

82. Miscellaneous amendments

      (1) Schedule 2 to the Health Complaints Act 1995 is amended by omitting

Psychologists Registration Board

and substituting:

Psychologists Registration Board of Tasmania

      (2) Section 3 of the Health Professionals (Special Events Exemption) Act 1998 is amended by omitting paragraph (j) from the definition of "Health Registration Act" and substituting:

(j) Psychologists Registration Act 2000 ;

      (3) Section 94(2) of the Public Health Act 1997 is amended by omitting paragraph (j) and substituting the following paragraph:

(j) Psychologists Registration Act 2000 ;
