SURVEYORS ACT 2002 (NO. 36 OF 2002) - SECT 49

49.  Land Surveyors Act 1909 repealed

      (1) The Land Surveyors Act 1909 is repealed.

      (2) The Surveyors' Board constituted under the repealed Act is abolished.

      (3) The Land Surveyors (Examination and Registration) By-laws 1982 and the Land Surveyors (Survey Practice) By-laws 1982 are rescinded.
