Section 3(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "GST law in accordance with that Act." and substituting "GST Law in accordance with that Act; and" ;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (c) :

(d) the distribution between councils in each financial year of funds made available by the State from its collection of motor tax from the registration of heavy vehicles, within the meaning of the Motor Vehicles Taxation Act 1981 .
