STATUTE LAW REVISION (REPEALS) ACT 2000 (NO. 27 OF 2000) - SECT 3

Land and Income Taxation Act 1910 amended

Section 28(d) of the Land and Income Taxation Act 1910 is amended by omitting "the Tasmanian Development Authority" and substituting "Tasmania Development and Resources".
