Short title This Act may be cited as the Traffic Amendment (Fees) Act 1998. 2. Commencement This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed. 3. Principal Act In this Act, the Traffic Act 1925 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4. Schedule 2 amended (Fees and Related Matters) Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by inserting in the heading to Part 3 "OTHER THAN LEARNER'S LICENCE " after "LICENCE"; (b) by inserting the following Part after Part 3: PART 3A - Maximum fee for issue of Learner's Licence The maximum fee payable for the issue of a learner's licence is $25.
