TRAFFIC AMENDMENT (FEES) ACT 1998 (NO. 4 OF 1998) - SECT 4

4. Schedule 2 amended (Fees and Related Matters)

Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in the heading to Part 3 " OTHER THAN LEARNER'S LICENCE " after " LICENCE " ;

(b) by inserting the following Part after Part 3:

PART 3A - Maximum fee for issue of Learner's Licence

The maximum fee payable for the issue of a learner's licence is $25.
