TRUST BANK (CORPORATISATION) ACT 1997 (NO. 7 OF 1997) - LONG TITLE
An Act to convert the Trust Bank into a public company limited by shares that
is incorporated under the Corporations Law, to regulate the issue and
ownership of those shares, to establish a body corporate to be
the trustee of the Trust Bank Foundation, to provide for a Board of Directors
of The Trustee of the Trust Bank Foundation to manage and control the
administration of the Trust Bank Foundation and for related purposes [Royal
Assent 8 May 1997]
