ARCHIVES REGULATIONS 2004 (S.R. 2004, NO. 86) - NOTES

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Archives Act 1983.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

(a) the management and control of the Archives Office; and

(b) the use of and access to State archives; and

(c) the procedure regarding records of State and local authorities that have been abolished, amalgamated or had their functions terminated.
