COOPERATIVES REGULATIONS 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 36) - REG 3

3. Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears –

"Act" means the Cooperatives Act 1999 ;

"financial institution" has the same meaning as in the Financial Institutions Duty Act 1986 .
