EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the rule)
These Rules of Court make provision in respect of the conduct of criminal proceedings, including matters relating to the following:(a) bail and recognizances;
(b) private prosecutions;
(c) trials at bar;
(d) victim impact statements;
(e) certain certificates;
(f) recording of proceedings;
(g) proceedings on appeal;
(h) examination of witnesses out of the State;
(i) various other matters.
