DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) REGULATIONS 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 162) - REG 206

Division 3 - Reference of approval matters to Panel References to Panel [17.12]

(1)  A Competent Authority must refer an application for an approval to the Panel if the Authority considers that the approval should have effect in all participating jurisdictions or participating jurisdictions including this jurisdiction.
(2)  A Competent Authority must refer to the Panel an approval having effect in this jurisdiction, and one or more other participating jurisdictions, if –
(a) the Authority considers that the approval should be cancelled or varied; or
(b) a corresponding Competent Authority recommends to the Authority in writing that the approval should be cancelled or varied.
