(1)  A person who holds a licence may apply to the Competent Authority that issued the licence for renewal of the licence.

(2)  The application must be accompanied by –

(a) the driving licence evidence required by regulation 215 ; and

(b) the competency evidence required by regulation 216 ; and

(c) the medical fitness evidence required by regulation 217 ; and

(d) 2 recent passport-size photographs of the applicant; and

(e) if a fee is prescribed for the application – the prescribed fee.
