DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) REGULATIONS 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 162) - REG 239

Licences to be produced for inspection [18.31]

The driver of a vehicle transporting dangerous goods in bulk by road must produce his or her licence for inspection by an authorised officer, if the officer asks the driver to produce the licence for inspection.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
