(1)  A Competent Authority may issue a replacement licence to a licensee if –

(a) the licence is renewed; or

(b) the licence is varied; or

(c) a period of suspension of the licence ends.

(2)  A Competent Authority must issue a replacement licence or licence label to a licensee if the Authority is satisfied that the licence or label has been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen.
