(1)  A person must not manufacture a tank designed to transport dangerous goods in bulk by road or rail other than in accordance with a design that is approved under regulation 88 .

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.

(2)  A person who manufactures a tank designed to transport dangerous goods in bulk by road or rail must attach a compliance plate to the tank in accordance with Chapter 4 of the ADG Code.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.
