(1)  A person must not consign dangerous goods in bulk for transport by road or rail in a foreign approved tank provided by the person if the transport of the goods by that means in the tank is prohibited by a determination under regulation 90(1) .

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.

(2)  A person must not consign dangerous goods in bulk for transport by road or rail in a foreign approved tank provided by someone else if the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, that the transport of the goods by that means in the tank is prohibited by a determination under regulation 90(1) .

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.
