DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) REGULATIONS 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 162) - REG 79

Division 5 - IBCs Manufacturer's duty [4.16]

(1)  A person must not manufacture an IBC other than in accordance with a design that is approved under regulation 89 .
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.
(2)  A person who manufactures an IBC must mark the IBC with an IBC marking in accordance with the IBC Supplement.
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.
