Commencement These regulations take effect on 1 July 2001. 3. Interpretation In these regulations, "Act" means the Duties Act 2001. 4. Prescribed fees The fees specified in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable for the matters to which they respectively relate. SCHEDULE 1 - Fees Regulation 4 1. Application for exemption certificate under section 205(2)(b) of the Act, 352 fee units. 2. Application for renewal of exemption certificate under section 210(2)(b) of the Act, 314 fee units.
