EDUCATION AND TRAINING (TASMANIAN SKILLS INSTITUTE) BY-LAWS 2010 (S.R. 2010, NO. 22) - REG 4
Authorised persons
(1) The chief executive officer may appoint, by instrument of
appointment, any person as an authorised person for the purpose of these
by-laws.
(2) The chief executive officer may determine, in writing, a
class of persons to be authorised persons for the purposes of these by-laws.
