ELECTORAL REGULATIONS 2005 (S.R. 2005, NO. 5) - NOTES

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electoral Act 2004.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

(a) the contents of writs for elections; and

(b) the declaration to be made by candidates when nominating for election; and

(c) the printing order for names on batches of ballot papers subsequent to the first batch.
