FISHERIES (SCALEFISH) RULES 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 63) - REG 10

10. Fishing licence (banded morwong)

A person must not take for commercial purposes banded morwong unless the person is the holder of a fishing licence (banded morwong).

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding the applicable Grade 3 penalty.
