FISHERIES (SCALEFISH) RULES 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 63) - REG 123

123. Qualifying for licence

A person who does not meet all the requirements of these rules may qualify for a licence if the Secretary is satisfied that –

(a) exceptional circumstances prevented the person from meeting those requirements; and

(b) the person demonstrates a continuing commitment to the scalefish fishery.
