FISHERIES (SCALEFISH) RULES 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 63) - REG 69

69. Beach seine net

The holder of a fishing licence (recreational beach seine) must not carry on a vessel or use a beach seine net that exceeds 50 metres in length.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding the applicable Grade 2 penalty.
