FISHERIES (SCALEFISH) RULES 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 63) - REG 8

8. Closed and open season for scalefish

The Minister, by public notice, may determine –

(a) the dates of the closed season for all or part of the scalefish fishery; and

(b) the dates of the open season for all or part of the scalefish fishery.
