FISHERIES (SCALEFISH) RULES 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 63) - REG 99

99. Fish excluded from catch history

      (1) Any school shark or gummy shark taken under a fishing licence is excluded from a catch history if the holder of that licence is entitled to another licence or Commonwealth authority to take that fish.

      (2) Any scalefish taken by trawl or Danish seine is excluded from a catch history.

      (3) Any Australian salmon qualifying as a catch history for a licence under rule 97(1)(h) is excluded from the catch history for any other fishing licence.

      (4) Any mackerel taken under the authority of a mackerel licence is excluded from the catch history for any other fishing licence.

      (5) Any scalefish included as a catch history for the purpose of a Commonwealth authority is excluded from the catch history for any fishing licence.
