FISHERIES (SCALLOP) RULES 2005 (S.R. 2005, NO. 24) - REG 29

29. Carrying copy of licence

The holder of a fishing licence (scallop) must, during a fishing trip, keep a copy of that licence on the fishing vessel used for that fishing trip.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding the applicable Grade 2 penalty.
