FISHERIES (SHELLFISH) RULES 2007 (S.R. 2007, NO. 13) - NOTES

I make the following rules under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995.

These rules are administered in the Department of Primary Industries and Water.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the rule)

(a) the management of the shellfish fishery; and

(b) licences for that fishery; and

(c) reporting and other requirements relating to that fishery.
