(1) A licensee must ensure that information on the exact location of the gas infrastructure in respect of which he or she is licensed is available for examination by a member of the public.
Penalty:
Level 2.
(2) The information is to be made available in a manner approved by the Director.
(3) A person must not carry out any boring or excavation in, or on, any ground in the immediate proximity of gas infrastructure, if the information available under subregulation (1) identifies the exact location of that infrastructure.
Penalty:
Level 2.
