POISONS AMENDMENT (MIDWIVES) REGULATIONS 2010 (S.R. 2010, NO. 151) - REG 12

Regulation 44 amended (Records of prescribing of declared restricted substances)

Regulation 44 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in subregulation (1) "eligible midwife," after "dentist," ;
(b) by inserting in subregulation (2) "eligible midwife," after "dentist," .
