102. Annual report
(1) As soon as practicable in each year but not later than 31 October, the
State Coroner must submit to the Attorney-General a report containing-
(a) a review of the operation of the Coroners Court during the 12 months
ending on the preceding 30 June; and
(b) any other matters that are prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The Attorney-General must cause each annual report submitted to him or her
under this section to be laid before each House of Parliament within 7 sitting
days after receiving it.
