Findings not to contain statement regarding guilt


69. Findings not to contain statement regarding guilt



(1) A coroner must not include in a finding or comment any statement that a
person is, or may be, guilty of an offence.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to prevent the inclusion in a comment of a
statement relating to a notification to the Director of Public Prosecutions
under section 49.
