Application of Public Administration Act 2004-converted cemetery trusts Without limiting the operation of Schedule 1A, the Public Administration Act 2004 applies to a cemetery trust (whenever established) that is converted under this Act to a Class A cemetery trust and for that purpose, that Class A cemetery trust is a public entity, but not a small entity, within the meaning of that Act.
