Offence to fail to comply with exhumation licence


159. Offence to fail to comply with exhumation licence

A person who has been granted an exhumation licence must comply with the terms
and conditions of the exhumation licence. Penalty: 240 penalty units or 2
years imprisonment or both. __________________
