17. Staff and other assistance
(1) A cemetery trust may employ any persons it considers necessary for the
purposes of carrying out its functions.
(2) A cemetery trust may engage any professional, technical and other
assistance it considers necessary for the purposes of carrying out its
functions.
(3) The terms and conditions of employment or engagement are as determined by
the cemetery trust, subject to any guidelines or directions of the Secretary
notified to the cemetery trust.
