Objects


2A. Objects

The objects of this Act are to ensure that-

   (a)  human remains are treated with dignity and respect;

   (b)  all Victorians have access to cemetery and crematoria services;

   (c)  cemetery trusts operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with
        this Act.
