Secretary to approve fees and charges (1) On fixing a fee or charge or scale of fees and charges under section 39, a cemetery trust must notify the Secretary of those fees and charges. (2) The Secretary may approve or disapprove a fee or charge or scale of fees and charges fixed under section 39 in whole or in part, unless they are exempt under section 40A.
