Secretary to publish fees and charges on the Internet

42. Secretary to publish fees and charges on the Internet



(1) If the Secretary approves a fee or charge or a scale of fees and charges
under section 40, the Secretary must cause those fees and charges to be
published on the Internet.

(2) Nothing in this section prevents a cemetery trust publishing their fees
and charges or scale of fees and charges by any other additional means.
