52A. Class A cemetery trust-operational report

A Class A cemetery trust must include in its report of operations under Part 7
of the Financial Management Act 1994 particulars relating to the operation of
the public cemetery and any crematorium in the public cemetery for which the
Class A cemetery trust is responsible.
