6. Constitution and membership of Class B cemetery trusts
(1) A Class B cemetery trust consists of not less than 3 and not more than 11
members appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the
Minister.
(2) Despite subsection (1), in the case of a closed cemetery or a historic
cemetery park, a Class B cemetery trust which manages that cemetery may
consist of one member.
(3) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the membership and procedure of a
Class B cemetery trust.
