Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to section 204, a trial judge may make any order or other decision during trial that could have been made under Division 3 or 4 of Part 5.5.
(2) Nothing in this Act removes or limits any powers of a trial judge that existed immediately before the commencement of this Act.
