CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 278
Right of appeal against sentence imposed by originating court
A person sentenced for an offence by an
originating court may appeal to the Court of Appeal against the sentence
imposed if the Court of Appeal gives the person leave to appeal.
