Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf an accused is in custody following the filing of a direct indictment under this Chapter, it is to be presumed that the accused is to be released on bail, regardless of the offence charged, pending determination of the DPP's application under section 327H or discontinuance of the prosecution under section 327K.
