CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 408
Costs on appeal from Magistrates' Court to Supreme Court on a question of law
The costs of, and incidental to, an appeal under section 272 are in the
discretion of the Supreme Court and the court has full power to determine by
whom and to what extent the costs are to be paid.
S. 357 renumbered as s. 409 by No. 68/2009 s. 52(v).
