155. Transitional provision-Magistrates' Court (Committal Proceedings) Act
2000
The amendment of section 37A(1) of this Act made by section 13 of the
Magistrates' Court (Committal Proceedings) Act 2000 applies to applications
for leave under Rule (2) made under that section on or after the commencement
of section 13 of that Act irrespective of when the committal proceeding is
commenced or when any offence to which the proceeding relates is alleged to
have been committed.
