Transitional provision-Crimes (Sexual Offences) (Further Amendment) Act 2006 The amendments made to this Act by sections 5, 6 and 7 of the Crimes (Sexual Offences) (Further Amendment) Act 2006 apply to any proceeding that commences on or after the commencement of those provisions, irrespective of when the offence to which the proceeding relates is alleged to have been committed.
