Exoneration from liability

21N. Exoneration from liability

A matter or thing done in good faith for the purpose of a conference with a
mediator by a person who is-

   (a)  a mediator; or

   (b)  a member or employee of a dispute settlement centre; or

   (c)  a person working with or for a dispute settlement centre (whether or
        not for fee or reward)-

does not subject the person to any action, liability, claim or demand.
