Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Chief Commissioner may renew or refuse to renew an approval under this Part and, if the approval is to be renewed, the Chief Commissioner may alter or vary the conditions on the approval or impose further conditions on the approval.
(2) The Chief Commissioner must not renew an approval under this Part if any person who is a director or officer of the club is a prohibited person.
